Product Introduction

The Adductor B is designed for isolated hip adductor work, paired perfectly with the abductor machine to complete hip training. The Adductor B adopts a seated support structure to minimize lumbar compensation and focus tension on the inner thigh adductors. Regular training on the Adductor B helps tighten inner thigh contour, boost hip adductor strength, stabilize the pelvis and optimize lower-body alignment. It works well for hypertrophy, athletic performance training, postnatal hip recovery and post-injury rehabilitation. Built from heavy-gauge Q235 steel tubing with fully welded frame, this machine maintains structural integrity under daily heavy commercial use. The premium pulley and thick steel cable system ensures ultra-smooth, quiet movement with consistent resistance during squeeze and release. Contoured high-density PU padding distributes pressure evenly on legs for long-session comfort. Seat, backrest and leg pads are fully adjustable, allowing users to align the hip joint with the rotation axis quickly and maintain proper movement form.

Instructions

1.Adjust seat and backrest, keep your back firmly against the pad and align your hip pivot with the machine’s axis.

2.Position the leg pads against the outer sides of your lower legs, grip the handles to stabilize your torso.

3.Select a suitable weight. Exhale and squeeze your legs inward, hold the peak contraction for 1 second; avoid sharp forceful clamping.

4.Inhale and slowly open your legs in a controlled manner back to the start. Do not swing or use momentum.
