Cohesion and Forging Ahead——Team building event organized by Yingruis

Team Building Kick-off:

 A Journey of Nature and GrowthThis team building activity was open to all Yingruis employees, with two main parts: climbing Dazhu Mountain and experiencing go-karting. The core purpose was simple: to enrich employees' spare time, relieve work pressure, enhance team cohesion, cultivate their spirit of perseverance and unity, gather strength for the company's development, and show the spiritual outlook of Yingrui employees. At the same time, through this activity, we hoped to convey the company's philosophy of "being down-to-earth and persistent", connect the spirit of the activity with the persistence of the foreign trade department in exploring the overseas market, and show the style of Yingruis people.

Climbing Dazhu Mountain – Persistence in Every Step

On the day of the activity, all employees gathered at the foot of Dazhu Mountain on time and started the mountain climbing activity in an orderly manner. Dazhu Mountain is a national AAAA-level scenic spot, with its main peak, Dazhu Mountain, standing at 486 meters above sea level. All year round, the mountain is surrounded by clouds and mist, and in spring, thousands of azaleas bloom brightly, forming a beautiful scenery. There are also various strange rocks such as "Shenma Stone" and "Turtle Stone" along the way, adding a unique charm to the mountain.

As the altitude of the mountain climbing increased, the mountain road became increasingly steep. Many employees felt physically exhausted and their pace slowed down significantly. When facing this situation, colleagues took the initiative to support each other: those with better physical strength waited for those who were exhausted, some handed over water, and others reminded everyone to pay attention to road safety. All colleagues cooperated closely, no one gave up halfway, and they continued to climb upwards in an orderly manner.

When climbing to the middle of the mountain, we passed the iconic scenic spot of Dazhu Mountain – Shenma Stone. This is a naturally formed strange rock, shaped like a steed with its head held high, standing tall and straight, just like a galloping horse. This year is 2026, the Year of the Horse in the Chinese lunar calendar (the Year of Bingwu). In Chinese culture, the horse symbolizes enthusiasm, progress and success, representing courage and forging ahead. The Shenma Stone coincides with the Year of the Horse, which is very meaningful.

We know that many of our overseas customers may not be familiar with Chinese zodiac culture, so we would like to briefly introduce it: the Chinese zodiac consists of 12 animals, corresponding to different years, and 2026 is the Year of the Horse, which symbolizes positive progress and forging ahead. This spirit is highly consistent with Yingrui's development philosophy – we have always insisted on forging ahead steadily and never giving up. This is also the same as the development of our foreign trade department: although it has only been established for a short time, we have been adhering to our original aspiration, overcoming difficulties such as lack of customers and fierce market competition, and gradually gaining a firm foothold in the overseas market with persistence and hard work

Meanwhile, the Divine Horse Stone also carries our good expectations. We hope that this blessing of "immediate success" (literal meaning: success at first try) can be passed on to every overseas customer. We also wish that our services can be as solid and reliable as the Divine Horse Stone, as vibrant as the Year of the Horse in the Chinese zodiac. Furthermore, we wish every customer a prosperous career like a galloping steed, a smooth and unobstructed path ahead, all wishes come true, and we look forward to working hand in hand with you to create a better cooperative future together.

Magic Horse Rock

After nearly two hours of climbing, all employees successfully reached the top of the mountain. Standing on the top, we could see the rolling clouds and mist, the endless azaleas, and the cool sea breeze blowing, which swept away all the tiredness of climbing. Everyone took photos to record this meaningful moment. This climbing activity not only allowed everyone to appreciate the beautiful scenery of Dazhu Mountain, but also exercised the spirit of perseverance and hard work.

Go-Karting – Release Energy and Show Vitality

After the mountain climbing activity, all employees went to the outdoor go-kart venue to start the second part of the team building. After a short rest and adjustment, everyone quickly got rid of the tiredness of climbing and regained their vitality.

At the venue, the roar of engines filled the air. Each employee put on protective equipment, held the steering wheel tightly, stepped on the accelerator, and galloped freely on the track. Some drove steadily, enjoying the relaxation brought by speed; some competed actively, showing their positive and progressive attitude. Laughter and cheers filled the entire venue, and everyone fully released the pressure accumulated in daily work.

This go-kart experience not only allowed everyone to relax physically and mentally, but also cultivated a sense of competition and cooperation. Just like our work: we need to be down-to-earth like climbing a mountain, step by step to solve problems; we also need to have the courage to break through like driving a go-kart, actively respond to various work challenges, and at the same time pay attention to teamwork and mutual support, so as to gather strong team strength and do every job well.

Summary and Outlook

This team building activity was successfully concluded, achieving the expected goal. Through mountain climbing and go-karting activities, employees not only got close to nature and relieved work pressure, but also further enhanced their sense of teamwork and the spirit of perseverance. Everyone said that they would integrate the spirit gained from the activity into their daily work, do their own jobs well, and move forward with more enthusiasm.

The spirit of perseverance and unity displayed in this team building is the spiritual foundation of Yingrui and the driving force for the company's development. In the future, the company will continue to inherit this spirit and promote the steady development of various businesses. For the foreign trade department, we will continue to adhere to our original aspiration, inherit the spirit of perseverance, deepen the overseas market, improve service quality, treat every customer sincerely, and gain more trust and recognition with professional services.
