Roman Chair

The Roman Chair comes with multi height adjustable thigh foam holders. Users of different heights can alter the cushion position to acquire a comfortable pivot point. The thick soft padding prevents thigh skin compression when carrying out high repetition hyperextension movements. 

Heavy gauge rectangular steel pipe forms the whole base frame. The long span widened ground frame lowers the centre of gravity. Even when trainees perform weighted back extension workouts, the machine stays steady without rocking or sliding. Matte sweat proof powder coating resists scratches and sweat corrosion. 

Built in solid foot stop fixes the position of the instep, stopping feet slipping outward during body backward tilting motion. The bionic footrest angle keeps the ankle relaxed, avoiding unnecessary joint strain.
