2.Distribute heavy and light weight plates evenly on both side pegs to maintain balanced load bearing. 

3.Put on and fetch plates gently, avoid hard striking toward metal storage pegs. 

4.Wipe sweat, metal dust off the frame on a regular basis to prolong service life.
